The pilot episode of “Complete Bull” has been accepted into the Richmond International Film Festival, an important Mid-Atlantic festival. The event, which includes 160 productions, takes place Sept 26 to Oct 1 in Richmond, Virginia. For six days, the city fills up with fans of both film and music thanks for RIFF.
