We were notified this week that eight “Complete Bull” cast and crew have made it to the nominee level for the annual Iowa Motion Picture Association Awards.
Although we wish all who contributed to the pilot episode for our planned series could be recognized, instead we will be cheering on these talented nominees as they are considered for awards on May 14 in Ottumwa, Iowa at the annual ceremony:
- Direction – Medium Form – Barry Andersson
- Director of Photography – Bruce James Bales
- Actor – John Victor Allen
- Actress – Hannah Ruwe
- Supporting Actor – Philip McKinley
- Supporting Actress – Miriam Lee
- Original Music Score – Benny Wollin – Composer
- Live Action Entertainment, Medium Length – Complete Bull show led by producer/writer Colleen Bradford Krantz of Pink Spear Productions
The pilot episode, which was the focus of the judges in this case, has not yet been released as our agent – Nick Barnes at United Talent Agency (UTA) – is now shopping the series around to various streaming platforms and potential production partners.
The series is being produced by Pink Spear Productions, and was supported, in part, by Produce Iowa.
